Arrival and Departure Guide

Arrival

After booking and payment you will receive an email confirmation of your booking. Shortly before your stay you will receive another email with detailed entry instructions. This email will include a code for the electronic key safe which you will need to access the apartment keys .

Our apartment is serviced by a professional cleaning company and due to this entry is from 3.00 pm on the day of your arrival. If you do require earlier check in please contact us as we may be able to arrange this (a small additional cost will incur).

Parking for 1 vehicle is next to the accommodation, this space has been clearly signed for your use. (It is the right hand side bay furthest from apartment) If you have a second vehicle this can be parked on a quiet street a few hundred yards from the accommodation. Please do not park additional vehicles in non designated spaces on the property.

We have an Electric vehicle charge point available, this service needs to be pre booked and extra charges apply (Please note this service may not always be available).

During your stay

If during your stay there is a problem or fault with the apartment please use the phone number detailed in your booking email, we have local staff and the owner next door that can deal with most problems for you there and then.

If something breaks or is not fully functional during your stay please let us know so we can fix it as soon as possible to make your stay more enjoyable.

Please be aware you are staying in a quiet residential area and it is vital noise consideration is given to neighbouring properties during your stay.

If you are staying longer than 1 week bed linen will be changed, fresh towels will be supplied and the apartment deep cleaned every week of your visit. We will need the apartment vacated for 1 hour during this time.

 

High speed WIFI and the smart TV are free to use during your stay.

Departure

On the day of your departure due to cleaners being booked, you must vacate the apartment by 10am. (This can potentially be extended until 12 noon at a small additional charge but should be pre-arranged) see contract page for details.

Please make sure you sign out of any personal subscription accounts you have used on the TV during your stay so as the next guests cannot make purchases on your account. 

Please leave the apartment in a neat and tidy condition and please ensure it is locked on departure and key returned to the electronic key safe and all properly locked up. Please make sure you leave all windows closed in case of rain or high winds.
